Temporary power pole cost is between $2900 and $3200 + HST in most cases. We supply, come with, and install a pre-assembled Temporary Service Pole TSP. The installation usually takes two hours or so. Our price for six month long one TSP rental is around $3000 + HST in most cases, provided there is easy access, no obstacles, no pavement, no surface restoration is required, it is connected to an overhead street power line OHSPL.
Each TSP has a 100 Amp panel, meter base, conduit, clevis, and two 15 amp GFCI receptacles pre-assembled or pre-installed on the pole.
We charge extra if there are any obstacles and for any additional work, like anchors, guy wires, 200 Amp panel, more 110/220V breakers, receptacles and circuits of any Amps. We pass the mandatory ESA/city inspection. ESA sends connection authorization to your Hydro Co, it then just hooks the TSP up to the OHSPL, you plug in your cords, power tools, and start working.
You must pay us another $350 + HST every 3 months (after the first 6 months). It is our price for passing these inspections.
FYI. These additional repetitive ESA inspections and fees are mandatory but unnecessary. ESA parasites just extract easy money abusing their authority. Part of it goes directly into the pockets of ESA executives.
You only pay and keep it as long as you need. We do everything else, including the TSP removal at no extra charge after you are done or stopped paying.
Connection to the underground UG incoming service and/or installing a new one is much more expensive. Please tell us in advance if you need any trenching, digging, underground cabling, or horizontal directional drilling.

Your Hydro Co will charge you its own fee separately. Alectra and a few other Hydro Cos require us to add a coil of wire on the TSP. We charge $600 to $700 extra for that.
