Email us a detailed job description of electrical, overhead, and underground work to do

Where applicable, please email us all scanned docs and separately a detailed list and description of all things you would like us to do with the pole, to, on, from, under the poles, overhead, underground, etc.

Street lighting in Oakville, Burlington, and Halton Hills (647) 933 8444

Please do NOT include tasks or work that others will do. Or make it absolutely clear which part of work will be done by others.

Then please  click here  enter your house, building, property, or construction site address, and email us a street view link like this https://goo.gl/9TzTs8.

Please make sure that your google map link similar to  https://goo.gl/9TzTs8   shows image of the correct house, your particular property, building, construction site, address, or lot. And NOT something else.

Please email us pictures of your site or lot with a person standing back at the spot of pole's future location. If there are other people around, ask the person to hold both hands up and then take a pic, to make it obvious to us.

For a large construction site, development, or sub-division please find its satellite view and email us its link. Mark locations of poles and other things using a google map "Measure distance" tool described here at the right-bottom corner.

You are there, everything is absolutely clear to you. We are not there, we see and know absolutely nothing. Therefore you can even make a video, place it on YouTube and email us a link to it. A one minute short clip would be worth a million words to us!

Please email more pictures for us to see the source of power, the power line, locations of each pole (if there will be more than one), of transformer (if any), of the house, building or its important elements, landscape, general view, access, other details, and description where necessary.

Sometimes a pic of a handmade sketch or a satellite view could be necessary and/or extremely helpful for us to understand the scope of work.

All the above will save our time, your money and help us to prepare for a site visit or for the job.

Find your particular lot or property on satellite map and send us its image and map link similar to https://goo.gl/maps/5nJFMQBVcjR2

Please make sure not to attach too many pics to one message. Keep an email size at or below 8000KB. And send several separate emails if there are many large documents or images to attach.

Did you include the site address, tel #, and date when would you like us to do it?

Is it an overhead power service or underground? If overhead, what side is it on, yours or across the street from the house, building or the construction site?

Is there any pavement at the spot of the future pole? Are there any obstacles or NO easy access/passage for the heavy auger/bucket truck?

The path to the site and pole(s) must be flat, even and horizontal, free of snow and other obstacles like uneven surface, slope, ditch, trench, hole, hill, bump, tree, bush, flowerbed, rocks, fence, low overhead line or tree branch, and other objects. Is it?

It is customer's (your) complete and sole responsibility to clear the path, make sure there are no obstacles and the surface is firm all the way to hold the heavy truck. Are you going to do it? Is it hard and firm? Are there any obstacles?

Please address every applicable point listed above and send answers and information in this manner:

Using your https://goo.gl/maps/5nJFMQBVcjR2 right click on the map, chose "Measure distance" at the bottom of the drop down menu, and left click to mark location of each pole. Google map will automatically draw the line and display distances
